問い合わせ情報の扱い
taksasのお問い合わせフォームに送った氏名、メールアドレス、題名、本文は運営者が受け取り、問い合わせへの回答に使います。メモ本文やバックアップ全体を送る必要はありません。問題の説明に必要な部分だけを、個人情報を除いて送ってください。
問い合わせ情報は、対応や関連する問題の調査に必要な期間保管し、不要になった情報は削除します。削除や利用停止を希望する場合は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。本人からの依頼であることを確認し、法令に従って対応します。法令により保存が必要な情報は、その期間保管します。
問い合わせ情報の利用と、訂正・削除・利用停止の請求は、taksasのプライバシーポリシーに従います。これらを希望する場合も、同じフォームからご連絡ください。
取り扱いを変更した場合は、このページと発効日を更新します。

Traceletに適用する内容
以下の6節はTraceletの説明です。他のアプリのデータの扱いを説明するものではありません。
メモとトレース
メモ、フォルダ、トレースは端末に保存されます。アプリから運営者のサーバーへメモの内容を送信する機能はありません。トレースには過去の内容、保存日時、保存した端末の名前、変更の記録が含まれます。
iCloud同期を有効にすると、ご自身のiCloudの非公開データベースにも保存されます。開発者用の管理画面からメモの内容を見ることはできません。同期先のアカウントが変わった場合は、再開前に確認します。
iCloud同期をオフにすると、その後の同期を停止します。すでにiCloudに保存された内容は削除されません。オフにする前にiCloudが受け付けた保存が、後から反映される場合があります。
タイトルの提案
自動のタイトル提案と、トレース詳細の「タイトルを生成」は、Apple Intelligenceを使って端末内で処理します。メモ本文を別のAIサービスへ送りません。利用できる端末と言語には条件があります。自動提案は設定で変更できます。自分で付けたタイトルは自動で置き換えません。
支払い
支払いはAppleが処理します。TraceletはApp Storeから価格とサブスクリプションの状態を確認します。運営者はカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。
ウィジェットとショートカット
メモとフォルダの名前、識別子、編集の集計をTraceletの共有領域へ保存します。ウィジェット用のデータにメモ本文は含みません。ロック画面のウィジェットは、その端末の表示設定に従います。
メモやトレースを共有・書き出した場合は、自分が選んだ保存先やアプリへ内容が渡ります。
広告とアクセス解析
アプリに広告、トラッキング、独自のアクセス解析はありません。処理結果やエラー種別を端末の標準ログに記録することがあります。メモ本文を解析用サーバーへ送る機能はありません。
アプリ内データの保持と削除
アプリからメモとトレースを削除できます。iCloud同期が有効なら、その削除も他の端末へ反映されます。必要な内容は、削除前に設定からバックアップを書き出してください。
復旧用に直前の保存内容のコピーが端末に残ります。破損したファイルを保護して残す場合もあります。アプリでメモを削除しても、これらのコピーや、自分で書き出したバックアップがすぐに消えるわけではありません。保護した破損ファイルを自動で削除する機能はありません。
古い端末から削除済みのメモが戻らないように、項目の識別子と削除日時などの記録を残します。この記録にメモ本文は含みません。古いiCloud保存形式から移行した場合、移行元のデータがiCloudに残ることがあります。復旧用コピーと移行元データをまとめて削除するアプリ内機能はありません。
これらのコピーを含む削除については、上記の問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。運営者がご自身のiCloud内のメモを直接閲覧・削除することはできません。

This page explains how app support information is handled and how each listed app handles its data. Tracelet is the only app currently listed.

Support information
The operator receives the name, email address, subject, and message you send through the taksas contact form and uses them to answer your request. You do not need to send note text or a full backup. Send only the part needed to explain the problem, with personal information removed.
Support information is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and investigate related issues. Information that is no longer needed is deleted. To request deletion or ask us to stop using your information, use the contact form. We will verify that the request is yours and handle it in accordance with applicable law. Information that must be retained by law is kept for the required period.
The use of support information and requests to correct, delete, or stop its use follow the taksas Privacy Policy (in Japanese). You can make these requests through the same contact form.

Data handling in Tracelet
The following six sections describe Tracelet. They do not describe the data practices of other apps.
Notes and traces
Notes, folders, and traces are stored on your device. The app does not send note content to a server operated by the developer. Traces include past content, save times, the names of devices used to save it, and records of changes.
If you enable iCloud Sync, this data is also stored in your private iCloud database. The developer cannot read your notes through the developer console. If the iCloud account changes, Tracelet asks for confirmation before resuming sync.
Turning off iCloud Sync stops subsequent sync. It does not delete data already stored in iCloud. A save accepted by iCloud before sync was turned off may still complete.
Title suggestions
Automatic title suggestions and Generate Title in trace details use Apple Intelligence on your device. Note content is not sent to a separate AI service. Availability depends on the device and language. You can change automatic suggestions in Settings. Titles you write are not replaced automatically.
Payments
Apple processes payments. Tracelet checks prices and subscription status through the App Store. The operator does not receive payment details such as your card number.
Widgets and Shortcuts
Tracelet stores note and folder names, identifiers, and activity counts in its shared app container. Widget data does not include note text. Lock Screen widgets follow your device's display settings.
When you share or export a note or trace, its content is passed to the destination or app you choose.
Advertising and analytics
The app has no advertising, tracking, or independent analytics service. It may record operation results and error categories in the device's standard logs. It does not send note content to an analytics server.
Retention and deletion of app data
You can delete notes and traces in the app. With iCloud Sync enabled, those deletions also sync to your other devices. Export a backup in Settings before deleting anything you want to keep.
Tracelet keeps a previous local copy for recovery and may preserve damaged files. Deleting a note does not immediately erase these copies or backups you exported. Preserved damaged files are not removed automatically.
Small records containing item identifiers and deletion times remain to prevent an older device from restoring deleted notes. These records do not include note text. After migration from an older iCloud storage format, the original data may remain in iCloud. The app does not have a single control that erases all recovery copies and original migration data.
