Tracelet 使い方とサポート（日本語）
前の内容の見つけ方から、同期や購入の管理まで。
前の内容を見たい
メモの「トレース」を開き、見たいトレースを選びます。追加・削除された行と、保存時の端末・日時を確認できます。その内容を現在のメモに戻すことも、別のメモにすることもできます。残しておきたいトレースにはピンを付けられます。
書いている内容は自動で保存されます。過去の内容を残す間隔は設定から変更できます。すぐにトレースを残したいときは、メモの「その他」から「トレースを保存」を選びます。
メモを編集できない
メモ上部の鍵が閉じていたら、選んで編集ロックを解除します。この鍵は誤編集を防ぐためのもので、パスワードや生体認証による保護ではありません。
保存のエラーが表示されている場合は、その内容を確認してください。Contributorの期間終了や件数超過を理由に、既存メモの編集を止めることはありません。
別の端末と同期したい
各端末で同じiCloudアカウントを使い、Traceletの設定で「iCloud同期」をオンにします。同期されない場合は、通信状態とiCloudの空き容量を確認してから、設定の同期操作を試してください。アカウント変更の確認が出た場合は、同期したいアカウントかどうか確かめてください。
同期をオフにしても、すでに端末やiCloudにあるメモは削除されません。
Contributorを復元・解約したい
設定から「Tracelet Contributor」を開きます。購入済みなのに反映されない場合は、購入時のApp Storeアカウントを使って「購入を復元」を選びます。
契約が有効な場合は同じ画面の管理ボタンからApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理を開けます。解約後も支払い済みの期間は利用できます。
期間終了後も、既存メモの閲覧・編集・書き出し・削除と、既存サブフォルダの利用はできます。新規作成には無料の上限であるメモ30件・フォルダ3件が適用され、新しいサブフォルダの作成にはContributorが必要です。
タイトルの提案が使えない
Apple Intelligenceが利用できる端末と設定、対応言語が必要です。Traceletの設定に表示される案内を確認してください。提案を使わずに、自分でトレースへタイトルを付けることもできます。
バックアップを残したい
設定の「バックアップを書き出す」で、メモ・装飾・フォルダ・トレースをまとめて保存できます。取り込み時は既存のライブラリと結合されます。同期をオフにする前や内容を削除する前にも、必要に応じて書き出してください。
問い合わせる
お問い合わせフォームの題名に「Tracelet」と入力し、使っている端末、OSとTraceletのバージョン、操作と表示されたメッセージをお知らせください。メモ本文やバックアップ全体を送る必要はありません。画面やメモの内容を伝える場合は、名前や個人情報を除いてください。
問い合わせ情報は、taksasのプライバシーポリシーに従って扱います。

Find a past version
Open Traces from a note and select a saved version. You can see added and removed lines, the save time, and the device. Restore that version to the current note or make a new note from it. Pin a trace to find it again.
Your current writing is saved automatically. Change the interval for past versions in Settings. To save one immediately, open More > Save Trace in the note toolbar.
I cannot edit a note
If the lock at the top of the note is closed, select it to unlock editing. This prevents accidental edits; it is not password or biometric protection.
If the app shows a storage error, check that message. An expired Contributor subscription or a library above the free limits does not prevent editing existing notes.
Sync with another device
Use the same iCloud account on each device and enable iCloud Sync in Tracelet's Settings. If changes do not arrive, check the connection and available iCloud storage, then try Sync Now. If asked to confirm a changed account, make sure it is the account you want to use.
Turning sync off does not delete notes already on your device or in iCloud.
Restore or cancel Contributor
Open Settings > Tracelet Contributor. If a previous purchase is missing, use the App Store account that made the purchase and select Restore Purchases.
When your subscription is active, Manage Subscription opens the App Store's subscription settings. Canceling renewal keeps access through the paid period.
After expiration, you can still read, edit, export, and delete existing notes and use existing subfolders. New creation follows the free limits of 30 notes and 3 folders. Creating new subfolders requires Contributor.
Title suggestions are unavailable
Suggestions require a device with Apple Intelligence ready to use and a supported language. Check the message in Tracelet's Settings. You can also write a trace title yourself.
Keep a backup
Settings > Export Backup saves your notes, formatting, folders, and traces together. Import Backup merges that file into your existing library. Export a copy before deleting content you may want to keep.
Contact support
Enter “Tracelet” in the subject of the contact form. Include your device, OS version, Tracelet version, the steps you took, and any message shown by the app. You do not need to send note text or a full backup. Remove names and personal information from any screen or note content you share.
